Return Policy: 

Whip Lashed Co will accept returns within 30 days on select items. Tweezers and Kits are Non-Refundable. All items must be unopened and in the original packaging. Shipping is non-refundable. 

For returns on large orders over $100, there is a 10% restocking fee.

We will gladly replace or return any damaged or defective items within 30 days of the original purchase.

When will my order ship? 

All orders are ready to ship products and will be shipped within 3 business days. 

Do you ship internationally? 

At this time, we only ship to the United States. 

What Carrier do you use? 

We ship through USPS- First Class or Priority Mail. 

What if I need my product rushed? 

You can choose overnight shipping at checkout. If you do not choose overnight, we automatically will ship First Class or Priority. 

How long does shipping take? 

If you choose First Class or Priority Mail, these take approximately 3-7 business days for you to receive. 

What are your business hours? 

Monday - Friday

9 AM - 5 PM MST

Excluding holidays. We are closed all holidays.
